Section 1

Introduction

Welcome to sm607. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("you", "the Member", "the Player") and sm607 ("sm607", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://sm607.cam and any related sub-domains or mobile applications.

By accessing the sm607 website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, understood its contents, and agreed to be bound by it. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

sm607 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Section 2

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

"Platform" means the sm607 website, mobile site, and any application through which gaming services are provided.

"Account" means the individual account created by a Member upon completing the registration process.

"Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Member's Account, comprising Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance.

"Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Member and any winnings derived from those funds, net of bonuses.

"Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, or reload bonuses credited to an Account under an active promotion, subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7.

"IDR" / "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all sm607 transactions are denominated.

"KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under sm607's anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.

"Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be turned over in eligible bets before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

"Prohibited Jurisdictions" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful, as updated by sm607 from time to time.

Section 3

Eligibility

Access to and use of sm607 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

(a) Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. sm607 enforces a 21+ policy across all products and jurisdictions. If we determine at any point that an Account holder is or was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or any subsequent activity, we will suspend the Account immediately, void all bets and bonuses placed during that period, and return net deposits (excluding winnings) at our sole discretion.

(b) Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using sm607 complies with all laws applicable to you in your location.

(c) Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting on behalf of another person, corporation, or entity.

(d) One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated balances and pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

(e) Self-exclusion status: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed by yourself with sm607 or with any other responsible gaming body with which sm607 cooperates.

Section 4

Account Registration & KYC

To access any real-money feature of the sm607 platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

(a) Registration data: You will be asked to provide your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method. This information is used to create and protect your Account.

(b) KYC verification: Before processing your first withdrawal request, sm607 is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to upload a clear, unedited photograph of a valid Indonesian government-issued identity document (KTP, SIM, or passport) and a recent selfie holding that document. Additional proof of address may be requested. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

(c) Source of funds: For withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 200.000.000 cumulative within any 30-day period, sm607 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.

(d) Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your Account. sm607 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

(e) Two-factor authentication (2FA): sm607 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account. We may require 2FA for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds at our discretion.

(f) Account suspension and closure: sm607 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms. Where permitted by law, any balance held at the time of suspension may be withheld pending investigation.

Section 5

Deposits

sm607 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the payment channels listed below. All deposit instructions are provided within your Account dashboard. sm607 does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets not registered in your own name.

sm607 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which sm607 accepts no responsibility. Deposits made to an incorrect or outdated account number provided by the Member are non-recoverable by sm607.

Deposit limits: Daily deposit limits may be applied at the Member's request as part of our responsible gaming tools (see Section 9). sm607 may also apply platform-wide deposit ceilings for risk-management purposes, which will be communicated to affected Members.

Section 6

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) accounts or e-wallets registered in the Member's own name, matching the name on the verified Account.

(a) Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfer methods and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet methods.

(b) Processing times: Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB are processed within an average of 5 minutes, subject to successful KYC verification and fraud screening. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing from 08:00 WIB the following day.

(c) KYC prerequisite: No withdrawal will be processed until KYC verification (Section 4b) has been successfully completed. This requirement cannot be waived under any circumstances.

(d) Name matching: The bank account or e-wallet used to receive a withdrawal must be registered under the same full legal name as the sm607 Account. Withdrawals to accounts in a different name will be rejected.

(e) Bonus balance: Bonus Balance is not directly withdrawable. It must first satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement (Section 7), at which point any converted Real Money winnings become withdrawable.

(f) Withdrawal fees: sm607 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may charge inbound transfer fees, for which sm607 is not responsible.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotions

sm607 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the Piala AFF, Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which supplement and, in the event of conflict, take precedence over the general provisions of this Section.

(a) Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount in eligible bets before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed on certain markets (including, but not limited to, sabung ayam — cockfighting betting — where offered, and certain Asian handicap markets for bandar bola — sports bookmaker games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the promotion terms.

(b) Bonus expiry: All bonus credits expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless the promotion-specific terms specify a different period. Expired bonuses and any associated wagering progress are forfeited without compensation.

(c) One bonus per promotion period: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion via duplicate Accounts, third-party details, or any other method constitutes fraud and will result in Account suspension.

(d) Abuse of bonuses: sm607 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine wagering risk. Where such activity is detected, we reserve the right to confiscate the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

(e) Withdrawal order: Where a Member holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, Real Money funds are applied to bets first. Bonus funds come into play only after the Real Money Balance has been exhausted or the Member specifically elects to use their Bonus Balance, depending on the Platform configuration at the time.

(f) Right to withdraw promotions: sm607 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash equivalent outside the Platform.

Section 8

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and gaming rounds placed on sm607 are governed by the general betting rules set out in this Section, together with sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant product pages of the Platform.

(a) Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted and binding once sm607 has confirmed it with a unique bet reference number displayed in your Account history. No verbal or written commitment by a support agent constitutes a guarantee of bet acceptance prior to system confirmation.

(b) Odds and pricing: Odds on the sm607 sportsbook may change at any time up to the moment of bet placement. The odds displayed at the moment your bet slip is submitted and confirmed are the odds that will apply to your settled wager, regardless of any subsequent movement.

(c) Palpable errors: Where odds, game payouts, or promotional values are published due to a manifest and obvious error (whether human, technical, or typographical), sm607 reserves the right to void affected bets and restate the correct pricing. We will notify affected Members and process refunds of the original stake within 3 business days.

(d) Mix parlay (accumulator bets): Mix parlay bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. If any individual selection within a mix parlay is voided, the parlay is recalculated using the remaining selections. All legs must win for the overall parlay to pay out, unless the relevant market rules specify otherwise.

(e) Voor bola (Asian handicap): Voor bola markets apply a head-start handicap to the designated away or underdog team. Settlement rules for split handicaps (e.g., 0/0.5, 0.5/1) follow the standard Asian handicap settlement convention published in the Platform's help section.

(f) Slot and RNG games: All slot machines, virtual table games, and other Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the Platform use software certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each title are disclosed in the individual game information panels.

(g) Togel draw integrity: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results on sm607 are derived from official draw sources. In the event of a draw cancellation or irregularity, affected togel bets will be voided and stakes refunded within 24 hours.

(h) Bet disputes: Any bet-level dispute must be raised within 30 calendar days of the event settlement date. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

sm607 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a comprehensive set of player-protection tools, all accessible free of charge from within your Account settings. Use of the Platform is permitted only as a form of entertainment; it must never be used as a source of income or to recover financial losses.

(a) Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Any request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase applies.

(b) Loss limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. When the threshold is reached, further bets funded from the Real Money Balance are declined until the period resets.

(c) Session time limits and reality checks: Members may configure session time limits and elect to receive on-screen reality-check notifications at intervals of their choosing (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours). Reality-check prompts display session duration and net session outcome.

(d) Cooling-off and time-out: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, login access is suspended and no promotional materials will be sent.

(e) Self-exclusion: Members who believe their gambling is causing harm may request a self-exclusion of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable; the Account will be closed and the email address blocked from future registrations.

(f) 21+ policy enforcement: sm607 will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited, except for net deposits which will be returned at sm607's discretion.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the sm607 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface layouts, software, game assets, copy, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of sm607 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software; use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or harvest data from the Platform; or use the sm607 brand or logo in any external communication without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of sm607's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may be subject to legal action.

Section 11

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by sm607's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, sm607 collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised gaming experiences. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for as long as your Account is active and for any legally required period thereafter.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by sm607, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations. Data-related requests should be directed to [email protected].

Section 12

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sm607 excludes all liability for:

(a) Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or savings — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

(b) Interruptions, outages, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond sm607's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, power outages, acts of nature, or third-party payment-provider downtime.

(c) Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access.

(d) The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information, odds, statistics, or other content displayed on the Platform for informational purposes.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by sm607's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In all other cases, sm607's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 13

Governing Law

sm607 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sm607 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through sm607's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, and you accept full personal responsibility for ensuring your use of sm607 complies with all laws applicable to you in your location. sm607 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Section 14

Amendments

sm607 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or business practices.

When material changes are made, sm607 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, send a notification to registered Members via email or in-platform message. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a proposed change, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish, request Account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance before the amendment takes effect.
